About Ole Larsen

"I began my racing career as an apprentice in the autumn of 1959 at Klampenborg Racecourse, Denmark.

During my career I rode more than 2.000 winners through 40 seasons in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France and Germany.

The highlights have been my 11 Derby wins, and I'm proud to carry the nick name "Derby Larsen".

My training philosophy is to match our horses into the best races possible, and we travel all over Scandinavia to find the right solutions for each horse.

We will continue this philosophy in 2010 and we're looking forward to a new succesful season."
